| Mick is a fun
loving kinda guy. He always has antics of some kind up
his sleeve. He is 26 inches tall and 25½ inches long...
he is still a growing boy. He is a true black... he
weighs 55 pounds. He is deserving of the Champion title
he has received... very regal in appearance. Lover of
people. Finished championship at under one year.
I was
informed in February of 2007 that a FULL sibling brother of Mick's
has been diagnosed as Affected with SA. Because of this
I will NOT be using Mick in my breeding program NOR
offering him at public stud. I will continue to test him
yearly and have him collected and semen stored. IF Mick
continues to test clear at the age of 7 years (he is
currently going to be 5 years Nov. 2007) I will go back
to using him in my breeding program. Because his brother
is AFFECTED I am doing this as a precaution. I will also
NOT breed any of his daughters that I have kept until
they are 4 years old. We need a DNA test desperately for
SA. This would establish who carriers/clears are.
Currently both parents are still not showing signs of SA. Thank you to
all of my puppy buyers for their support and I will keep
everyone posted and as always Mick's test results WILL
continue to be posted YEARLY to the OFA database (www.offa.org).
Mick's most recent punch in Jan '07 is still normal. He
is not experiencing any problems with coat/skin at this
time.
** Update November, 2007 / Mick's sibling has been
retested for SA and has a normal result, waiting for
those results to be posted to OFA **

Gideon, who
belongs to Gerri Jones of Florida, at 10 years of age is
still in great health. He has personality plus. While
staying at my house on one occasion he turned out to be a
true clown. He loves sleeping on his back with back legs
sprawled out behind.. He is creme, weighing around 50
pounds and measuring 24 inches by 24 inches. He is very
friendly and poodley.
Sadly, Gideon passed in October, 2006 - he was 14 years old.
Our condolences to Gerri and family. His legacy lives on in
Angie, Jenna and Spice. |

Aaron is a wonderful boy with
great presence and structure. He is now a real steel blue at
5 years of age. When I first met him at Terri's house all I
could think of was WOW.......He has the poodle type I was
looking for to improve on my girls. I love his
temperament-friendly/outgoing/very smart and not an
excessive barker. |

Tony - a gentler male dog I don't think I have ever met.
Tony has grace and style and several of his children are
past PCA class winners. He has style and good structure
along with his good nature. I was excited about using
him with my girls as he has all the things my girls
need. I just love his snuggleness (if that's a word).
When I met him for the first time at PCA I took him for
his ASD test. While he had never seen or met me he just
went off with me like I was his new best friend. He
never boogered or balked at anything. Swell dog! |
